This Christmas we thought we would keep the scary Santa outfit in the wardrobe and leave the giving to some experts. We gladly passed on a sack of great, new toys including Tombliboo and friend (pictured) to the lovely people at Wood Street Mission to help them achieve their Christmas Project goal.
The Mission aims to help local families in need and ensure that their children all have a present to open on Christmas Day.
We would like to thank all of our clients, partners and suppliers without whom we couldn’t have made this donation.
We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
On Tuesday, 9 December 2008, Stiff Rowlands took to the streets of Manchester armed with a dodgy Santa outfit, a handful of £5 lottery scratch cards* and just one aim: to spread some Christmas cheer to random, unsuspecting members of the public.
DeVere Deluxe Hotels wanted to send a very, very early Christmas mailer with a difference. We helped the lovely guys and girls at LOVE get festive and produce a beautifully crafted booklet. It was also great to work closely with Harinder Bajwa, one of LOVE’s copywriters, who’s dead good with words’n’stuff.
Where shall we have our Christmas party this year?
We’ve been busy little bugs this year so we welcome the festive season as a chance to relax and consume as the Lord intended. We’ll be back in full effect come 2008 but in the meantime chomp, gulp and be merry this Christmas and throughout the New Year from everyone at Stiff Rowlands.
